Tonight I Dined: Loving Hut H-Town

Loving Hut is a vegan chain, and I've been to the locations in San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Houston (http://lovinghut.us/houston/index.html ). They serve Asian inspired dishes as well as some Western classics. I really go for their cheesecake: it is the creamiest, most sumptuous vegan version that I have ever had.
