Texas Veggie Fair 2015

I have been looking forward to the Texas Veggie Fair for months! The event was finally this past weekend in Dallas and it was even more awesome than last year! There were countless food vendors with free samples and products to sell...it was very hard deciding on lunch. I went with a jerk tofu sandwich, deconstructed banh mi bowl, spring rolls, and Vietnamese iced coffee. For the sweets I had donuts and kombucha on tap. The highlight of the day was the marshmallow filled donut iced to look like a pumpkin...it was an amazing vegan treat
